Results can last approximately between 1 year and 1 year and a half, depending on skin type, technique, lifestyle and individual care. My technique aims to work the pigment in a delicate and superficial manner, respecting skin integrity. I avoid implanting pigment too deeply, as over time this can lead to unwanted color changes. My priority is to achieve natural results that fade gradually and harmoniously.
Sensitivity varies from person to person, but generally it is a very tolerable procedure. During the session we work carefully to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
Before your appointment you will receive specific recommendations for your procedure. In general, it is recommended to avoid alcohol, excess caffeine and products or treatments that may irritate the area before your appointment. If you take medications or have any medical condition, it is important to inform this during the consultation.
Aftercare may vary depending on the procedure performed. You will need to keep the area clean, avoid touching it and carefully follow the instructions you will receive at the end of your appointment. During the healing process it is also important to avoid direct sun exposure, pools and products that may irritate the area.
In many cases, yes. Once the skin has completely healed, approximately at 4–6 weeks, we will evaluate pigment retention, color and shape. If necessary, we will refine small details to achieve a uniform and natural result.
